We accept telephone, fax and online orders. Here are details.
Once you've located the product(s) you would like to purchase, click on the "e;add to cart"e; button. You will then be brought to your online shopping cart, where you can adjust the quantity, remove the item, add accessories & calculate shipping costs.
Putting an item in your shopping cart places you under no obligation to purchase the product. Sometimes when we're offering a special sale price, the only way to view this price is by placing it in your cart. Once it's in your cart, you'll see your savings, at which time you can remove the product from your cart, keep shopping or continue with the checkout process.
If you're a registered customer and saved your cart during a previous visit, you can pick up where you left off from any computer after logging into your account. If you left items in your cart and haven't yet registered, these items will still be your cart during your next session as long as you're using the same computer.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
For your protection, we check all credit cards for potential fraud.
If you prefer to order by phone or mail, you can also pay by certified check or money order. These orders will not be shipped until checks clear or money orders are received, thus resulting in a slight delay in your order. We accept payment and ship to all 50 states and International.
For your protection, all orders that are submitted to us through our website are subjected to a thorough verification procedure before shipping. Occasionally, this process may include contacting you directly via telephone or e-mail to confirm your order and delivery information. Please be sure to include a phone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you if necessary.
Please note: Orders can be shipped to any location but for verification and security purposes, the order's billing address must be the same address as the credit card. To avoid delays, please make sure that you verify this information before submitting your order. We take extra precautionary steps to detect fraudulent orders posted on our site and forward to the appropriate authorities.
A customer may request an order cancellation at any time, and we will undertake to meet these requests where possible. If, however, we cannot cancel the order because the item(s) is already in a packed stages or has already shipped, then the customer will be responsible for either the full price or any cancellation/freight charges associated with this. An order will not be deemed cancelled until an e-mail confirmation notification is sent by Touch & Go Pilot Supply confirming that we can cancel the order.
Gift Certificate Terms
Gift Certificates may be used at Touch & Go Pilot Supply by using the Gift Certificate's PIN Number. To redeem a gift certificate online, simply place the items in your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout as usual. When you're prompted to enter your payment information, you'll have the opportunity to enter your Gift Certificate PIN Number.
When merchandise is purchased with a gift certificate and there is a balance remaining, this balance will remain on the same PIN Number.
Gift certificates expire after 1 year from date of purchase.
Gift certificates are non refundable and have no cash value.
If a gift card is lost or stolen, please advise us immediately and we will issue a New PIN Number for the balance remaining on the gift certificate at the time of report of incident to us. Proof of ownership will be required prior to reissue.
No fees will be charged on any Touch & Go Pilot Supply Gift Certificate, regardless of when the gift card was purchased.
Use and/or purchase of a Touch & Go Pilot Supply Gift Certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We will email or fax you a copy of your quotation within 72 hours after we receive your complete inquiry. We reserve the right not to participate in the quoting process. We will only accept wire transfer in advance. Customer is responsible for all border duties and fees.
At Touch & Go Pilot Supply, we value your business and want to serve you by providing the best possible products at the best prices. We have developed strong relationships to secure discount pricing and want to pass these deals onto you. Our Company offers discounted pricing from retail. In many cases, we provide the Manufacturer's List Price as well as our own price so that you can see how much you're saving.
Though we do our best to make sure every product description, picture, and price are correct, with more than a thousand products there are from time to time mismatches and/or incorrect prices due to errors, changing market conditions or update lag times. If this should happen, we use the same policy as Toys R Us.com and Amazon.com. If the price is more than the selected item, you will be notified immediately of the price error and given the opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price. If the price is less than that shown online, we will ship the item, however we will only charge the price which is the correct, lower price.
All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, shipping charges and insurance charges where applicable.
Touch & Go Pilot Supply will not be liable for any lack of availability of products you may order through our website or for any incorrect product specification data that we accept in good faith from our suppliers/manufacturers.
Wedo notcharge sales tax to shipments outside of Texas. Shipments within Texas are subject to a 6.25% sales Tax.
Orders from all other states are tax-exempt.
Canadian & International orders may be expected to pay duty, Goods & Services Tax (GST), or other import fees to their customs or revenue agency. See International Shipping for more details.
