ME406 ELT REPLACEMENT BATTERY (Part #455-0012)
This six-year, lithium battery pack is for the Artex ME406, ME406HM, ME406 ACE, and ME406/P ELTs. TSO C126, TSO C142 approved
This battery pack (455-0012) includes:
- Battery pack (452-6499)
- Replacement gasket (183-0050)
- Label (200-01-0006)

The Artex ME406 is designed specifically for the private pilot in mind. With a weight of two pounds it is the lightest, smallest and least expensive 406 MHz ELT on the market and transmits on 121.5 and 406.028 MHz.

The Artex ME-406 is a single output ELT. Two emergency frequencies (121.5 and 406.028 MHz) utilize the same RF output, requiring only one coax cable to connect to the new series of Artex single input antennas.
