By using this site or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to by bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and please do not submit any orders for products or services.  These terms and conditions may be changed by Touch & Go Pilot Supply at any time.  It is your responsibility as a user to periodically return to this page to review the terms and conditions for amendments.  The amended terms shall take effect automatically the day they are posted on this site.  Your continued use of the Touch & Go Pilot Supply website following any amendments will consititute agreement to such amendments.  These Terms of Service were last amended on December 1, 2004.

We value your business and want to serve you by providing the best possible products and customer service in the industry.


For your protection, all orders that are submitted to us through our website are subjected to a thorough verification procedure before shipping.  Occasionally, this process may include contacting you directly via telephone or e-mail to confirm your order and delivery information.  Please be sure to include a phone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you if necessary.

Please note: Orders can be shipped to any location but for verification and security purposes, the order's billing address must be the same address as the credit card.  To avoid delays, please make sure that you verify this information before submitting your order.  We take extra precautionary steps to detect fraudulent orders posted on our site and forward to the appropriate authorities.

A customer may request an order cancellation at any time, and we will undertake to meet these requests where possible.  If, however, we cannot cancel the order because the item(s) is already in a packed stages or has already shipped, then the customer will be responsible for either the full price or any cancellation/freight charges associated with this.  An order will not be deemed cancelled until an e-mail confirmation notification is sent by Touch & Go Pilot Supply confirming that we can cancel the order.


Please email via the Contact Us Form  for quotation.  You may also fax at (281) 962-4259.  Please include the following information:

  • Product Part Numbers and/or Product Name/Description
  • Quantity per product
  • Method of payment
  • Shipping Destination
  • Date Required

We will email or fax you a copy of your quotation within 72 hours after we receive your complete inquiry.  We reserve the right not to participate in the quoting process. We will only accept wire transfer in advance.  Customer is responsible for all border duties and fees.


  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
    Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. 
  • For your protection, we check all credit cards for potential fraud.
  • If you prefer to order by phone or mail, you can also pay by certified check or money order.  These orders will not be shipped until checks clear or money orders are received, thus resulting in a delay in your order.  Please send order and payment to: Touch & Go Pilot Supply, 9214 Memorial Valley Drive, Spring, TX, 77379.  Be sure to include your address and telephone number along with the quantity, part number and product name/description of what you would like to order.  Sorry, noCODs. 
  • Extended Warranties are through the manufacturer and are non-refundable.
  • We ship to all 50 states, Canada and International.


Sales Tax of 6.25% will be charged on all orders placed in the state of Texas.  Orders from all other states are tax-exempt.  

Canadian & International orders may be expected to pay duty, Goods & Services Tax (GST), or other import fees to their customs or revenue agency. 


At Touch & Go Pilot Supply, we value your business and want to serve you by providing the best possible products at the best prices.  We have developed strong relationships to secure discount pricing and want to pass these deals onto you.  Our Company offers discounted pricing from retail.  In many cases, we provide the Manufacturer's List Price as well as our own price so that you can see how much you're saving.

Touch & Go reserves the right to change prices, promotions, discounts or sales without prior notice.  Please note that prices can change frequently, and we cannot offer price protection on any product that has already shipped.  For all merchandise, Touch & Go Pilot Supply reserves the right to adjust prices due to errors or changing market conditions.  All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, shipping charges and insurance charges where applicable. 

Touch & Go Pilot Supply will not be liable for any lack of availability of products you may order through our website or for any incorrect product specification data that we accept in good faith from our suppliers/manufacturers.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our website may be mispriced.  In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Touch & Go PIlot Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at an incorrect price.  You will be notified immediately of the price error and given the opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price. 


Touch & Go Pilot Supply values your business and wants to provide you with your products as soon as possible.   We charge you exact freight based on the weight & package dimensions of your order. 

  • Orders are shipped the next day from the time we receive your order for all in-stock items. Orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will ship on the the first business day thereafter.
  • If there is any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.  All orders are shipped UPS or USPS.  Please see the order checkout for a full list of available shipment options. 
  • Orders can be shipped to any location but for verification and security purposes, the order's billing address must be the same address as the credit card. 
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.  No exceptions.
  • Any shipment refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable for any reason will be liable to pay 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • We ship to all 50 states, Canada and certain International countries.  If we do not ship to your country, we will cancel your order and advise you immediately.   
  • We will contact you directly regarding any orders that include a backordered item.  Touch & Go Pilot Supply can either  ship once all items are in stock or we can ship all in-stock items with the remainder to follow.  We will contact you if this is the case.
  • Shipping charges are based on live UPS/USPS tables utilizing your delivery address and the total weight of all the items in your order.  At the time of shipping, the freight carrier may charge a different shipping cost due to packaging or weight discrepancies.  We take the time to verify every order so if your final shipping cost is different, you will be notified via e-mail and the correct amount will be billed on your invoice.
  • Purchaser instructs Touch & Go Pilot Supply with shipping instructions.  If no specific instructions are given, Touch & Go Pilot Supply will select the most reasonable shipping method to ensure the on-time delivery, with reasonable freight cost.  Touch & Go Pilot Supply is not liable for any delay or any freight charge of shipment due to the absence of shipping instructions from the purchaser.


  • All products are NEW (non refurbished) and carry full manufacturer's warranty.
  • Shipping, and applicable taxes (within Texas in the USA) or any customs fees (on international orders) are additional.


Our goal is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a return policy that ensures confidence when you order with us.  Any item you purchase may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted on products within 30 days of receipt. 
  • Any return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please call or email us (see Contact Us on homepage for form) to obtain an RMA number prior to returning your package.  You will be required to provide us with customer name, P.O. number, serial number (if applicable) and reason for return.  Returns that do not have an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Do not return products to the manufacturer.  Upon providing the RMA to you, we will advise the appropriate return shipment address.  The RMA number must be clearly labelled on the return box.
  • All returns must be in brand new, unused condition, and must be properly repacked in its original packing material and include all manuals, blank warranty cards &/or serial number cards and all accessories provided at the time of delivery.
  • A return cannot be made of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on returns of non-defective merchandise and you are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the product.
  • Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are not refundable unless an incorrect item (not matching your invoice) or a defective item has been shipped to you.
  • All refunds will be processed upon receipt of return.
  • Your are responsible for ensuring that product is returned and received correctly to receive your refund.  Freight must be pre-paid by you.  We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
  • For defective merchandise, we will only exchange for same replacement item.  We do not exchange for a different product.  Even if part of the product is defective, the whole product must be returned, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.  To be returnable, defective products also require an RMA number that must be obtained within thirty (30) days of receipt. 
  • Software and video returns will be accepted for refund only if product is unopened.  Opened software and videos cannot be returned unless defective and may then only be exchanged for same replacement item.  We do not offer a refund on defective merchandise.
  • Products delivered in damaged condition:If you receive a shipment that was damaged during transit, please accept delivery and contact us immediately for further instructions.  Do not use products that are delivered to you in damaged condition.
  • All orders can be cancelled for a full refund prior to the time it has shipped.  Once an order has already shipped, returns and exchanges must be completed according to our policy.
  • All RMA's must be completed within 30 days of being issued or they will be cancelled.
  • If you require Technical Support, Manufacturer Warranty information, Product Manuals or Repair Locations, please contact the manufacturer directly.


In the first instance of Loss/Damage/Pilferage, you should contact the freight carrier for status of delivery. If you cannot confirm delivery with the carrier then claims or lost shipment, or damage/pilferage must be reported to Touch & Go Pilot Supply (either through form on Contact Us section of homepage)  within 5 days of delivery/expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the freight carrier and work with them to resolve the situation.

  • We reserve the right to investigate for a maximum of 21 days from date of notification of delivery loss - these times are determined by each individual carrier and we must adhere to their policies.
  • Shortages and Incorrect Billings must be reported to Touch & Go Pilot Supply (through form on Contact Us ) upon receipt. You must save any original boxes, enclosed documentation and packaging materials. Some carriers require on-site inspection before product can be returned or settlement of a claim.


We respect your privacy.  The information you provide us is and will never be sold, loaned or provided to any outside person, company or third party and is only used for the sole purpose of completing your order and offering you the best possible service.  If you elected to be placed on our mailing list, you may receive industry information or sale announcements from time to time.  We do not sell or provide our mailing lists to any third party.

All information is processed and stored on a secure encrypted server for your protection.  Exceptions to this policy are made to comply with Federal, State and Local law enforcement subpoenas and upon receipt of a court order authorizing the release of such information.


Touch & Go Pilot Supply's website has an extra layer of protection provided by Geotrust.  This site is secured by utilizing 128-bit SSL secure server software thereby offering the highest level of encryption &  security possible for commerce transactions. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.  This secure server software encrypts all of your personal data including your credit card number, name and address so that itcannotbe read as the information travels over the internet.  Once the order is processed, wedo notretain your credit card information.

How do I order?
The fastest and easiest way to place an order is online.  When you see a product(s) you would like to purchase, click the Add to Cart button and then shop around until you are ready to click Check Out.  Once you provide the required information, and our verification process is satisfactorily completed, your products will be shipped to you.

Do you sell any products that aren't listed on your website?
Yes, we do.  While our e-store features an extensive selection of pilot supplies and aviation accessories, we can absolutely source other items for our customers.  Please contact us via the forn provided on the
Contact Us page so that we can find what you're looking for.

Do you carry catalogs?
Our website is our catalog.  We carry pilot supplies from numerous manufactuers and suppliers.  We add products to our website on a daily basis.  However, if you are looking for something in particular, we would be happy to assist you.  Please call us toll free at 1-877-627-8395 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge a state sales tax of 6.25% for Texas residents only. 

Will my order be split into separate shipments?  Will this cost extra?
When you place an order with us, the shipping costs quoted at check out are for your entire order.  At Touch & Go Pilot Supply, we have developed outstanding relationships with a number of manufacturers so that we can sell our products at the best prices.  For this reason, your order may come in separate boxes. 

What is the cut-off time for order processing?
Orders for products that are placed before 12 noon Central Standard time during the regular work week are usually placed within 2 hours.  Orders placed after 3 pm Central Time, on weekends or holidays, are processed the following work day. 

When will my order ship?
We are committed to delivering your order as fast as possible.  All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.  At times, certain items require time to process or assemble before shipping and, in these cases, you will be notified via e-mail.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will ship on the first business day thereafter.  If there is any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

What carriers does your company use for shipping?
We use either UPS or USPS.  We can also ship utilizing a purchaser's valid shipping account number from FedEx.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship globally.  Certain conditions apply.  For international orders, payments must be paid in full by credit card, bank wire transfer, money order, cashier's check before the product is shipped.  Payments can also be made by personal check from a U.S. bank account.  Check payment must clear before the product is shipped. 

Please be advised that it is rarely economical to purchase low price items for shipment overseas.  The shipping cost on certain international orders, with the exception of Canada and Mexico, may run 3 to 5 times the domestic shipping rate for the same items.  Certain products may be subject to import regulations and duties.  Please check with the destination country's Customs Office for local regulations.  All fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

What if an item or items I ordered is/are out of stock?
We will contact you regarding any orders that include a backordered item.  Touch & Go Pilot Supply can either  ship once all items are in stock or we can ship all in-stock items with the remainder to follow.  You will be notified via e-mail or telephone should this occur to advise us which option you prefer.  Please feel free to call or e-mail us for details. 

How do I return a product?
Contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  We will then advise the address to return shipment.  Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for all the return shipping charges.  All items returned must be new and in original condition and packaging.  See our Return Policy for more information.

Do you share buyer's information?
Absolutely not.  It is the Company's policy not to share or sell customer information with any third party.  Customers always reserve the right to remove their e-mail address from our database for newsletter mailing purposes.
