Orders
When you purchase a product(s) from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you during checkout in order to process your order. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing & shipping purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Registration
Your can choose to become a “Registered User” of Touch & Go Pilot Supply by creating a user name and password. During registration you are required to provide contact information (such as name, physical address, and email address).  Registered Users can also log on to check shipping status of their order.

Registered & Guest users will receive correspondence from us in the form of Order Receipts upon purchase, Order Status, Tracking Numbers, Lost password requests, eFlyer Newsletters, marketing material, and information regarding your account/order. At no time do we sell your information to third parties.

Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time, we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code).

We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes, to monitor site traffic or personalize our site (in the case of anonymous information collected in surveys), to send participants an E-Flyer newsletter.

Tell-A-Friend
On each detailed product page, there is the option to e-mail a friend about it, you are asked to provide your friend's name and email address. This automatically sends your friend an email inviting him or her to visit the product/site. Touch & Go Pilot Supply stores this information for the sole purpose of sending information about our site. Your referral friend may remove their name from our list by clicking the removal link at the bottom of the e-mail or visiting our site.

Newsletters
Touch & Go Pilot Supply distributes a monthly newsletter to Registered Users, Guests and non-customers who sign up to receive our E-Flyer.  If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving e-mails by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or Contact Us.

Customer Service
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We may also communicate  with you in cases of backorders, shipping issues, in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request. We will communicate with you by email or telephone.

Choice/Opt Out
We currently market via Mailings and our E-Flyer Newsletter. We provide you the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example, after an E-Flyer Newsletter from us, you may follow the Unsubscribe link which will remove you from any further mailings.
