Defective Merchandise Returns
We understand that not having the item in front of you when you purchase can be a drawback when ordering on the web. Sometimes you may order a flight bag that ends up too small or you need a different headset. Maybe you changed your mind and what something else instead! Our goal is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a return policy that ensures confidence when you order with us.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition within 30 days by following these instructions:

Please contact Touch & Go Pilot Supply either by e-mail (Contact Us) or toll free at 1-877-627-8395 to request a Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA). Let us know if you like to make a return or an exchange. You must call or email for your RMA and this number must be clearly written on the return box. We will not accept returns without an return authorization.

Please include all original contents (packaging, parts, manuals, mfr. supplied accessories, warranty information) with your return. Any items returned used or missing original contents will be subject to additional fees. Software and video returns will be accepted for refund only if product is unopened. Opened software and videos cannot be returned unless defective and may then only be exchanged for same replacement item.

Do not return products to the manufacturer. Upon providing the RMA to you, we will advise the appropriate return shipment address. The RMA number must be clearly labelled on the return box.

Please ship the item using a trackable method. You are responsible for ensuring that product is returned and received correctly to receive your refund. Freight must be pre-paid by you. All returns shipped COD will be refused.

All refunds will be processed upon receipt of return. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Return for Exchange
There are no restocking fees on returns for exchange! You can exchange any purchase for a similar item or another item of equal or greater value. The item being returned must be in its original, unused condition. You can either pay for the preferred item and have it shipped immediately and send the return item back and receive your refund upon receipt back in our warehouse. Or, we can ship the preferred item out once the returned item arrives back and you simply pay any difference in value and all shipping fees associated with the exchange.

Return for Refund
SeeSatisfaction Guaranteeabove for instructions on how to return an item(s). There is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned for a refund. Charging this fee allows us to keep our prices as low as possible and still accept returns for refund. Refunds are issued only after the item(s) has been received back in the warehouse and is inspected. Credit card refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Orders paid by check, cashier's check or money order will be mailed a company check within 7-10 days.
Defective Merchandise Returns
We only offer the highest quality merchandise from top manufacturers. All items are inspected before shipping. Occasionally, an item may be defective from the manufacturer or possibly damaged during shipping. We will exchange the item immediately for same replacement item. Let us know immediately, and we'll take care of all costs, including shipping, to replace any defective itemupon receipt. Even if part of the product is defective, the whole product must be returned, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. Items that break during use are not considered defective upon receipt. In these cases, please contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim. If you require Technical Support, Manufacturer Warranty information, Product Manuals or Repair Locations, please contact the manufacturer directly.
