Shipping Policy
Touch & Go Pilot Supply values your business and wants to provide you with your products as soon as possible. We charge you exact freight based on the weight & package dimensions of your order.
Order Processing Details:
Orders placed before 2 pm CST are generallyshipped the same day for all in-stock items. Orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will ship on the the first business day thereafter. Processing time will depend on the volume of orders received.
If there is any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. All orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Please review the chart above. Also, a list of available shipping options are available prior to and during check out.
Orders can be shipped to any location but for verification and security purposes, the order's billing address must be the same address as the credit card.
The business day after your package ships starts the first shipping day. For example, you order 11:00am (CST) Friday using UPS 2nd DAY AIR. Your package will be scheduled for a delivery on Tuesday of the following week.
Backordered Items:
We will contact you directly regarding any orders that include a backordered item. Touch & Go Pilot Supply can either ship once all items are in stock or we can ship all in-stock items with the remainder to follow. We will contact you if this is the case.
Shipping Charge Calculation:
You can check the shipping charges by adding items to your cart, entering the shipping destination zip code and clicking the "e;Calculate Shipping' button. UPS Shipping Options are automatically displayed but you can scroll down to view USPS Shipping Options or see if you are eligible for Free Shipping!
Shipping charges are based on live UPS/USPS tables utilizing your delivery address and the total weight of all the items in your order. At the time of shipping, the freight carrier may charge a different shipping cost due to packaging dimensions or weight discrepancies. We take the time to verify every order so if your final shipping cost is different, you will be notified via e-mail and the correct amount will be billed on your invoice.
Selection of Service:
We ship via UPS and USPS. If you opt to receive an item via UPS, please provide a street address since UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. PO, APO and FPO Boxes- You must use USPS services if your shipping address is a post office box. UPS does not deliver to post offices. Do not select a service at checkout that is not available to your area. Your package will be held until we contact you to resolve the issue. This will delay shippingat least1 business day.
Package Tracking
UPS tracking information is sent automatically via email a few hours after UPS pickup. USPS is sent the day following package shipment. We cannot guarantee the delivery time of any package. Shipping fees are never refundable. UPS is the only service that schedules a delivery date time shown when tracking. USPS does not schedule or show a delivery time when tracking.
International Shipping
We provide shipping options applicable to international addresses at checkout. At times, our system overcalculates the cost to ship internationally.

We recommend shipping via UPS Worldwide Expedited ~ it is more expensive than the Postal Service but provides full tracking information, quicker customs clearance, and insurance.
Please be advised that aduty or taxwill most likely be due on your package at delivery time. This is a Canadian/International tax and the payment of which is the customer's responsibility. We cannot accurately estimate the amount due. Please call your customs office and askbefore ordering! They will need the total value of the package being imported. If you refuse an item at delivery due to customs/brokerage fees, your item will sit at customs until return fees are paid. The return fees are the responsibilty of the customer. We will not issue a refund until merchandise is in our hands. It is best find out your customs/brokerage fees before buying.
We will not refund or reship another package because of a delay or a package held in customs. It is the customer's resposibility to work with customs if a problem should arise.
We label all order customs forms as 'merchandise' using the full value of the items being exported. Please do not request that your order be labeled otherwise or ask for the declared value to be lowered. Requests will most likely lead to a delay in shipping.
Free Shipping Details
This offer only applies to orders over $70.00 to be shipped within the Continental U.S. only. Qualifying orders will ship via either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground at Touch & Go Pilot Supply's discretion
.
To qualify for Touch & Go Pilot Supply's Free Shipping, simply:
1. Place at least $70.00 of pilot supplies in your shopping cart.
2. Proceed through the checkout process. At Shipping Options section, select the star symbol for Free Shipping and it will automatically change your freight cost to $0. A $1.00 handling fee applies.

Track Your Package
We know you are eager to receive your pilot supply order from Touch & Go Pilot Supply. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification along with the tracking number of your shipment.
